NEWSFLASH

on this sunny, crisp fall day, november 5, 2006, the same day as the new york city marathon, amelia rolled from her belly to her back. twice. perhaps she was inspired by the athleticism of the elite men and women runners, whom she witnessed running by. so there, members of my family, she is not too fat to roll. though we don't have photographic evidence of her rolling, here is further evidence of her reading skills.
