so amelia was cinderella:
and gaby was supposed to be gus-gus, except that he refused to wear the hat and mouse ears that i made for him, and barely withstood the application of face makeup (note the little tail i sewed on his pants, though):
so we tried this monkey costume that poppa bought him:
you see those hands? he ripped off the headpiece within seconds.

did you say you made him a hat and mouse ears?!?! impressive... domestic diva.
on another note, i can understand why gaby wouldn't appreciate gus-gus so much. the mouse? gaby gets to be the mouse to amelia's cinderella? the inner second child in me is crying. reminds me of when denny dressed up as C3-PO and i was R2-D2.
