exactly one year ago
i know i've been dipping into the archives a lot recently, but i guess i'm feeling a little nostalgic for the days when my teeny tiny baby just slept peacefully on my chest instead of writhing around everywhere and shaking her head vehemently when i ask for a kiss. that said, i don't miss the three-hour feeding cycle, the 12 daily diaper changes, and the dreaded floppy neck.

i can't believe how when i first met amelia her feet were swimming in those shoe socks--she was so tiny then!
I remember those days too - that particular outfit and teeny size...I think I was out with you then
did you pose them so amelia and the frog would be doing the exact same thing? i can't believe that's your baby there - she's too tiny.
i did not, but realized when i looked at the photos that they were sitting the exact same way. i think they look like they've just had a fight and they're headed off in different directions.
