cape walk

what is a cape walk? it's what happens at amelia's school every year--in lieu of kids coming to school in costume, the kids decorate capes and then walk around the block to show them off to the neighborhood. amelia was paired up with pascal, and they had such a good time at the cape walk that she declared him to be her "best friend."
